All materials created by Video Persona Pro LLC, including AI-generated videos, designs, and written content, remain the property of the Company until payment is received in full.

Upon payment, ownership of the final rendered deliverables transfers to the client for their own marketing and promotional use.

However, Video Persona Pro LLC retains the right to use sample works for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

6. AI and Digital Likeness Usage

For any AI-generated avatar or cloned likeness, the client must ensure proper authorization from the individual represented.

By submitting likeness or voice samples, you confirm that you have full rights and consent to use and reproduce them.

Video Persona Pro LLC assumes no responsibility for any misuse or unapproved likeness submissions by clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Video Persona Pro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, applications, or integrations (such as AI rendering platforms or hosting services).

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or data issues resulting from third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or Services at any time, for any reason, without notice, including breach of these Terms.
